We truly felt like we discovered an oasis at Aldea San Lam - Oasis Of. The beautiful and spacious apartments provided a comfortable and homely atmosphere. It was a rare find in Tulum to have such a silent and secluded area, and yet still be close to the center. Plus, having a nearby coffee place, co-working space, and shops was very convenient. The owner was incredibly helpful and always available to assist us with anything we needed. The free WiFi had good bandwidth and the room included a full kitchen, which was a great bonus. The small pool was perfect for a refreshing dip and added a touch of security with its design. Truly a great place to stay, highly recommend! I would definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable and comfortable stay in Tulum.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. We loved how cozy and comfortable the rooms were, with a beautiful pool area that was perfect for relaxing. The location was also a plus, as it was nice and quiet but still close enough to shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the delicious coffee provided, and the friendly and helpful owner who made sure we had everything we needed.

The kitchen facilities were lacking, with only one set of utensils and limited equipment. The AC in the living room was also not properly working and the doors to the bathroom/toilet couldn't be fully closed, leaving a gap.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the new facility. the free WiFi had good bandwidth, and the full kitchen was great for making meals. We also enjoyed taking refreshing dips in the small pool, which had a secure design. the host was gracious and accommodating, offering us excellent bike rentals at a fair price.

The neighborhood was a bit sketchy, especially when arriving at night. We did not feel safe walking, so we recommend taking a taxi.
